I specialize in promoting communication skills and change, including intercultural issues, to improve the quality of collaboration and performance of individuals and teams. After all, working abroad as an expartriate is a big change and often fails due to a lack of social, communicative and intercultural competence.

For more than 20 years I have been working interculturally. As a certified Paracelsus coach and graduate economist, I focus on the human being as part of the organization. My approach is systemic. I use mainly NLP* to help professionals and executives with esteem to achieve quick and sustainable change for themselves and their business. Especially for expatriates, I help you to quickly solve your challenges with regard to your social and family situation abroad.

See you soon, J.-Frédéric Kaertner your Expat Coach
